Tercelo Tire has officially become a participant of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC). This membership marks a significant step in formally integrating sustainable development into Tercelo Tire's strategic framework and signifies its commitment to systematically and transparently supporting the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The United Nations Global Compact, under the auspices of the UN Secretary-General, is a leading international platform for the development, implementation, and disclosure of responsible corporate practices. With over 25,000 participating companies and stakeholders across nearly 180 countries, it is dedicated to advancing sustainable business practices through policy dialogue, learning, partnerships, and the establishment of common standards.
Tercelo Tire has long regarded sustainable development as a core corporate responsibility, consistently translating this commitment into tangible, innovative actions to promote environmentally friendly manufacturing and operations:

Application of Green Energy: Tercelo Tire is committed to the development of distributed photovoltaic power generation systems. With installations now covering approximately 447,300 square meters, these systems generate around 54 million kWh of green electricity annually for production and operational use. This initiative is equivalent to reducing standard coal consumption by approximately 16,500 tons and cutting CO2 emissions by about 40,000 tons per year, progressively moving the company closer to achieving "relative zero emissions" in its production processes.
Product Development: Driven by technological innovation for a low-carbon transition, Tercelo Tire utilizes new eco-friendly rubber materials and green production techniques to effectively reduce CO2 emissions during manufacturing. Notably, its TAMIR EV01, specifically engineered for new energy vehicles, was awarded the "Low Power Consumption Certification" by TÜV Rheinland (Germany). In comparative tests against products from internationally renowned tire brands, the TAMIR EV01 demonstrated superior performance in low rolling resistance and high wear resistance, offering an optimized solution for green mobility.
Supply Chain Collaboration: Championing a green procurement model focused on "source emission reduction and process transparency," Tercelo Tire actively partners with suppliers who prioritize environmental protection. The company is deepening collaboration on ESG information sharing and low-carbon initiatives to collectively build a sustainable supply chain ecosystem.
Joining the UN Global Compact is not a symbolic gesture, but an institutional affirmation of Tercelo Tire's long-term action plan. Moving forward, Tercelo Tire looks to further deepen its ESG practices within the UNGC framework, fully embedding the principles of sustainable development into its corporate DNA.
