On September 2, the 21st China International Tire & Wheel Expo (2026 CITEXPO) opened at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center. Tercelo Tire Group made a major appearance with its full range of PCR, TBR and OTR products, showcasing its latest technological advancements across a wide spectrum of application scenarios and conveying the innovative strength of a Chinese tire brand.

As one of the most prestigious professional events in the Asia-Pacific tire industry, CITEXPO has long been positioned as a platform that connects the global industry and empowers technological exchange. It brings together industry forces from around the world, focuses on technological innovation and market trends, and provides the sector with a vital stage for product showcases, commercial cooperation, and trend announcements.

At this year's expo, Tercelo's passenger car segment presented integrated solutions for multiple niche scenarios, including new energy, off-road, desert and racing applications. Among them, the PremEnergy EV07 new-energy tire was developed to address the energy-consumption challenges of EVs. Built on a next-generation tread compound, it achieves efficient coupling between the rubber matrix and functional fillers, significantly reducing hysteresis loss to lower rolling resistance and enhance handling performance. The BADIA X7 desert tire is engineered for the Middle East's high-frequency "city-to-desert" driving conditions, delivering efficient sand evacuation and traction, a robust heavy-load structure and balanced performance on both desert and paved roads — a true all-rounder for desert off-roading and highway travel alike. The RageTalon R01 semi-slick racing tire combines an eagle-claw grip biomimetic design with a 45° diagonal groove structure, paired with a customized tread compound, delivering powerful dry-surface grip and reliable wet-road anti-skid performance.

In the commercial tire segment, the TES01 — a flagship tire purpose-built for pure electric heavy-duty trucks — drew the spotlight. Designed to withstand the high torque, heavy loads and energy-sensitive operating conditions of electric trucks, it features the new "Greenway" technology system. Through a low-rolling-resistance compound, high-strength carcass materials and a zero-degree belt structure, the tire achieves reduced energy consumption, extended driving range and optimized operating costs on top of high abrasion resistance and exceptional load-carrying capacity. Also on display were truck and bus tires such as the RTA10 and RTA11, which combine safety and stability, low fuel consumption and long-lasting wear resistance. Their optimized casing structures effectively reduce heat build-up and suppress irregular tread wear, fully accommodating a wide range of commercial transport operating conditions.

The specialty tire zone was equally impressive, with the ST01 taking center stage. Featuring an optimized tread pattern that increases the tire's contact patch with the ground, the ST01 is ideally suited to sandy terrain. Its deeper tread grooves also enhance puncture resistance, helping reduce failure rates in demanding applications.
Throughout the expo, industry customers and channel partners from home and abroad gathered at the booth for in-depth discussions on product technology, application fit and market cooperation. Looking ahead, Tercelo Tire will continue to focus on scenario-driven innovation and technological breakthroughs, refining a broader portfolio of high-quality tire solutions. With a differentiated product matrix aligned to diverse market needs, the company is accelerating its global expansion while steadily advancing high-quality brand development.
